Talent Acquisition Coordinator

  • Candidate Communication: Be the go-to person for candidates, managing expectations and keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  • Job Postings: Craft compelling job ads and post them on various platforms to attract top talent.
  • Offer Management: Assist with offer preparation and ensure smooth delivery to candidates.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement to make our recruitment process more efficient and effective.
  • Business Development: Reach out to potential clients and build new partnerships to expand our network and opportunities.
  • Candidate Prospecting: Showcase top candidates to the right companies, matching their skills and experience with our clients' needs.
