Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced music therapist to join our team as a senior leader. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of music therapy services, including supervision, mentorship, and quality assurance. Your expertise will contribute significantly to enhancing the profile of music therapy at our hospital, both internally and externally.

As a Band 7 music therapist, you will enjoy a salary range of £38,883 - £49,332 per annum, depending on experience. Our hospital offers a comprehensive benefits package, including free counselling and therapy sessions, on-site wellbeing programs, and financial support services.

To succeed in this position, you will require HCPC registration, minimum 4 years of practising experience, and full membership to the British Association of Music Therapists (BAMT). Proficiency in NMT techniques and musical instrument playing are also essential.
