10x Value Partners is a leading think tank and investment firm founded by serial entrepreneur and investor Christian Schroeder. Our focus lies in value investing across various asset classes, including technology start-ups, real estate, private debt, and special situations.
We are seeking talented executives to partner with us in creating the next generation of billion-dollar companies. We have identified a short-list of validated business models that require product-founder fit teams. Over the past four years, we have established 10 companies, with 50% on track to reach a valuation exceeding $100 million within the next 6-12 months.

Job Overview- Taking co-founder level responsibility for establishing an innovative tech company
- Operating the business as a general manager with accountability for profit, revenue, cash flow, and quality targets
- Building, leading, and motivating a high-performing team
- Identifying opportunities and areas for improvement through entrepreneurial thinking
- Nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and business partners
- A strong desire to found a company, supported by our guidance and resources
- An exceptional academic background, preferably from a top-tier university
- Relevant work experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or private equity, or as a senior manager in a successful venture-backed tech start-up
- A proven track record of personal, academic, and professional achievements
- The ability to work independently, structured, and goal-oriented
- Comfort with analytics and numbers, enabling data-driven decision-making
- A team-oriented and ambitious mindset
- Fluency in English
- Founding a company with operational support from an experienced entrepreneur and start-up executive
