About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Executive Head Chef to lead our kitchen brigade in the heart of Edinburgh. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10 dedicated chefs, ensuring exceptional standards across all food outlets.

The Role
  • Lead a similar-sized kitchen brigade with a proven track record in hotel catering.
  • Be hands-on and lead from the front, driving innovation and excellence in food preparation.
  • Recruit, train, and manage the kitchen brigade to maintain high standards.
  • Liaise with purchasing companies and local suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
  • Control food costs and profit margins in line with company objectives.
  • Manage payroll to sales KPI in line with company objectives.
Requirements
  • Significant hotel experience, with a strong background in kitchen leadership.
  • Willingness to relocate to Scotland or already be based there.
  • Eligibility for the Skilled Worker Visa.
