Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Thomas Franks Ltd. in Edinburgh, Scotland.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen team and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. You will have previous experience of working within a fast-paced kitchen at Head Chef level and be able to create bespoke menus using fresh seasonal ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate, monitor, and control food production and service to ensure high standards are met.
- Ensure adherence to Thomas Franks Fresh Food standards and client requirements.
- Plan and devise menus for nutritional value and customer expectations.
- Promote a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve excellence.
- Previous experience as a Head Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to create bespoke menus using fresh seasonal ingredients.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Food hygiene certificate preferred.
