Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at DSV. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our warehouse operations, ensuring that we meet our business targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet business targets.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, stock movements, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
