About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Cefn Carnau, a modern low secure hospital providing person-centred care and support for adults with a learning disability, including those who have autism.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to lead a valued and fulfilled life. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality care and support, promoting independence and dignity for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support service users with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Assist with activities and therapies to promote engagement and participation
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve individualized care plans
