About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to service users with mental health conditions, including those with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Support service users to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment by maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
