The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management team, undertaking duty manager shifts, and developing the team to deliver an excellent level of service to our customers. Key responsibilities will include leading and developing the team, supporting the management team, and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional level of service. You will also be responsible for undertaking duty manager shifts and contributing to the overall success of the business.
