Salary: £36,000-£40,000
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team at Butler Rose. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in delivering impactful improvements in our HR function. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of employment legislation, current HR best practices, and a proven track record in managing HR processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement: Develop and execute employee engagement action plans to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Performance Development: Manage and deliver the Performance Development Review process to drive continuous improvement and employee growth.
- Training Coordination: Oversee all training requirements and manage the training budget to ensure effective development of our team.
- Sickness Management: Handle sickness absence cases to improve attendance and reduce absenteeism.
- Health & Safety Collaboration: Work closely with the health and safety team to support initiatives on well-being, occupational health referrals, and surveillance.
- Internal Communications & Rewards: Assist in managing internal communication initiatives and reward and recognition schemes to enhance employee morale and motivation.
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with the local community to promote our company values and reputation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR
- Active CIPD membership (Associate or above)

Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
