Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commissions of varying sizes, ensuring effective cost management and timely delivery
  • Coach junior staff and allocate roles and responsibilities to ensure effective cost management
  • Advise clients on feasibility studies, procurement options, and cost planning
  • Manage estimating and cost planning stages, including presenting the final cost plan to the client
  • Conduct contract administration, including dealing with post-contract cost variances and change control processes
  • Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present them to the client
  • Lead cost management teams and ensure they deliver on key accountabilities

Requirements

  • Chartered status and a degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Inquisitive and problem-solving skill base
  • Demonstrable cost management experience working at a consultancy
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
