Join our high-performing sales team as a Sales Development Representative and contribute to the growth and success of our company. Engage with existing clients, prospect new customers, and empower care providers to deliver exceptional quality of care through innovative digital transformation.

Responsibilities:
  • Contact prospective customers following online inquiries to qualify leads and schedule consultations with Business Development Managers.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers to promote additional products from our Connected Care portfolio.
  • Accurately maintain and update records on our CRM system HubSpot.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in internal sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrable knowledge or experience with software systems used in the health or social care sector is highly desirable.
Benefits:
  • A competitive base salary of £27,000 plus OTE (On-Target Earnings) of up to £35,000 per annum.
  • 25 days annual leave.
