Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to join our team at Atec. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives and ensuring compliance with IT security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, promote, and implement procedures to ensure IT and IT security compliance
- Act as the IT champion, linking the IT function with all other areas within the business
- Document control, including becoming a Q-Pulse super user and liaising with other ATEC departments to ensure documents are uploaded correctly
- Proactively assist/lead the transition of documents from the DMS to Q-Pulse, providing guidance on efficient and effective transfer between systems
- Review and update document control procedures on a regular basis
- Conduct ISO27001 audits as scheduled, raise non-conformities as identified, and receive familiarization of the audit module in Q-Pulse
- Monitor HH reports, follow up, and investigate failures, conduct audits of HH with S&C dept support to ensure compliance with contract
- Attend HH customer review meetings with QCI representative, follow up any failures or alert messaging from HH contained in the reports
- Review Network device list and VPN login, review Mobile authorized devices list and updates to latest version of IOS, maintain asset lists at current issue
- Assist with IT change request & maintain register, attend weekly catch-up meeting with Safety & Compliance Manager (Monday A.M.), review and update K.P.Is with Safety & Compliance Manager
- Change backup tapes in server room each Monday A.M., identify & suggest improvements to IT and IT security systems, assist in promoting the correct use of IT equipment and systems
- Complete SDP process (in conjunction with Operations Manager), any other reasonable IT-related duties
- Document Control Responsibilities (Not responsible for Technical content): Support/Coordinate & assist design of a product-wide reliability database, controlling & coordinating ATEC Q-Pulse/DMS/Submit document transfer, ensure document control protocols are implemented correctly
- Update/improve document control procedures, as identified, conduct audits of the CRN/SUBMIT/PCR registers/folders, ensuring all documentation meets formal template requirements & standards
- Act as a point of contact for employees using Q-Pulse with support from SCM, maintaining/updating the IT change request register, conduct document control audits as per the audit schedule
- Review draft document register to ensure drafts are reviewed and completed, produce monthly document control reports as agreed with SCM
