About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Engineer to join our Campus Engineering Team. As an integral part of the team, you will support both shift and technical teams by delivering planned, reactive, and remedial tasks. Your expertise in building fabric maintenance and value-added change-work delivery will contribute to the development of our automated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver internal maintenance, reactive, and remedial regimes, reducing external contractor dependence in a 24-hour environment.
  • Develop skills in campus asset maintenance and repairs, including inspection regimes, record-keeping, plumbing, sanitary systems, painting, and external site maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Technician team to achieve first-fix on building fabric, fixtures, and equipment.

Requirements

  • Strong vocational background with proven construction/engineering experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety legislation in a commercial and industrial environment.
