Job Summary

Egis Structures et Environnement is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical design teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement electrical design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that electrical designs meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of electrical designs to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure that electrical designs are innovative and compliant.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on project management and leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
