About the Job:

We are looking for a skilled Financial Transaction Assistant to join our finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting with various financial transactions, including data entry, reconciliations and credit control.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile supplier remits
  • Enter customer self-bills into Excel
  • Match invoices to internal collection/delivery notes
  • Perform daily tasks related to purchase ledger
  • Provide support to the finance team as needed

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in an accounts department and be able to hit the ground running. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this role is £24,500-£29,500 per annum.
