Job Overview:

  • Carry out diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and maintenance work on agricultural/plant machinery at customer premises or in the workshop.
  • Ensure job cards are written up promptly and accurately.
  • FOLLOW health & safety regulations and policies.
  • Take part in technical training at Head Office and the John Deere training centre.
  • Mentor apprentices and trainees.

The Role

You will be working as part of a team and independently to manage your workload, providing exceptional customer service and troubleshooting skills. Strong diagnostic abilities and knowledge of agricultural/turf/plant machinery (ideally John Deere) would be preferred.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Strong diagnostic ability with good all-round technical knowledge.
  • A relevant technical qualification (such as an Agricultural Engineering) would be advantageous.
  • A driving license is essential.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Package and Benefits
