Job Description:

  • Conduct hands-on assembly, testing, and maintenance of IEC fusion devices.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on fusion fuel cycle research projects.
  • Document experimental procedures and results for research analysis.
  • Train on and adhere to stringent safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience working in a laboratory environment with familiarity in high voltage, vacuum systems, and/or radiation.
  • Experience conducting experiments with high-energy particle physics equipment such as accelerators, cyclotrons, or research reactors is highly desirable.
  • Estimated salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + benefits, adjusted for experience.
