We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Porter at our Oxford location. As a key member of the hospital staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of exceptional patient care.
About the Role- Develop and implement departmental aims and objectives, suggesting ways to improve departmental performance.
- Assign general and specialist portering tasks in accordance with departmental priorities.
- Support the team taking responsibility for training and development and maintenance of expectations related to all people management aspects.
- To develop and implement departmental aims and objectives that align with organisational goals.
- To provide guidance and support to junior members of the team to ensure effective task completion.
- To contribute to a positive and supportive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
