Retrofit Specialist Opportunity

Reed Property and Construction is collaborating with a leading retrofit specialist to deliver high-quality retrofit projects. This role involves working with the local council and their social housing stock in Caerphilly to retrofit properties, making them warmer and more environmentally friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of subcontractors to oversee work on KPIs
  • Complete projects to program while maintaining quality and health and safety on site
  • Collaborate with the local council to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • Construction background with SMSTS or SSSTS qualification
  • Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
