Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Site Manager to oversee the retail store refurbishment projects in Clevedon. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth progress of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise shifts to ensure project timelines are met
* Oversee health and safety protocols on-site
* Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel
* Report project progress to the main contractor
* Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the refurbishment

Requirements:

* Valid SMSTS certification
* CSCS Black card
* 1st Aid at Work certification
* Asbestos Awareness certification
* Fire Warden
* Hot Works Certificate (can be sat online before the project)

Rate of Pay:

250 - 270 per shift
