We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in London or New Malden. The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality proposals that meet the requirements of our customers. This includes working closely with the Capture Manager and bid teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of proposals.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring progress and content of inputs to ensure that RFP requirements are being suitably answered
  • Establishing and developing tools and techniques to enhance the quality of bid submissions
  • Researching and analysing historical data and project experience to support proposal efforts

As a Sales Coordinator, you will work across all NGUKL customer accounts and have the opportunity to continuously monitor progress and content of inputs to ensure that the RFP requirements are being suitably answered.
