About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Harmonize Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their physical and mental well-being
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and social care teams to ensure seamless care and support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of personalized care plans, tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
Essential Skills and Qualities
  • Kind and compassionate nature, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle (due to the location of some clients)
  • Experience in care or a related field, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
