Care Home Operations Manager

Elite Care Recruitment is seeking an Experienced Support Manager to oversee the operations of our family-owned care home company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing care homes and a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor care home managers and staff to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
- Monitor and manage the financial and business performance of the care homes, including budgeting, financial reporting, and business development.
- Implement action plans to maintain compliance and manage risks.
- Maintain and enhance the quality of care and environment provided to residents.
Requirements:
- NMC registration as a Nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
- Proven experience in managing a care home or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the care home industry.
