We are seeking a Quality and Safety Expert to join our team at Jackson Civil Engineering. As a Quality and Safety Expert, you will be responsible for providing quality, health, and safety advice and support across the company.

Main Duties:

  • Working in partnership with our operations team
  • Conducting regular H&S inspections and producing reports
  • Building excellent working relationships with our clients and partners
  • Attending QHSE related workshops and forums
  • Inspiring best practice within the company
  • Driving positive QHSE behaviours
  • Investigating incidents and recommending actions to prevent recurrence
  • Supporting/leading QHSE initiatives
  • Promoting compliance with our quality, health, safety, and environmental policies and company procedures

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who is flexible and willing to multitask and react to work demands with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

This role would suit someone who has experience in a QHSE role (preferably in construction/civil engineering or highways environment).
