Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Electrical Site Manager with outstanding leadership skills and extensive knowledge of electrical site management principles to lead our team in Wantage. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects efficiently, ensuring compliance with EHSQ policies, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of labourers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee and coordinate plant hire, tools, and materials to guarantee efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement effective commissioning and close-out plans to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records, update progress reports, and manage correspondence with stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:

  • A qualified electrician background with ECS card and SSSTS certification.
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of electrical site management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in software applications.
