Job Description

ARM is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor with significant experience in railway projects to fill the role of Lead Quantity Surveyor in East Anglia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing commercial and project management support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Programme Manager to manage subcontractors and implement project changes.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Manage finance systems to gather evidence for documentation submission.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Extensive experience in quantity surveying and railway projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management and subcontractor management.
  • Excellent finance system navigation skills.

What We Offer

This role offers a competitive daily rate of £480 - £520, which has been deemed outside of IR35. You will also have the opportunity to work on a significant project in East Anglia, contributing your expertise to its success.
