Mechanical Services Manager Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the design process for M&E projects from concept through to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and project teams to understand project requirements and deliver tailored design solutions.
- Oversee and review technical drawings, specifications, and design calculations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance to design teams and support the development of innovative, energy-efficient solutions.
- Coordinate design activities with the installation and project management teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure budgets, schedules, and quality standards are maintained throughout the design phase.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in an M&E Design Manager role, or a senior design role within the building services industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services is highly desirable.
