As a Development Coach, you will play a key role in the delivery of Sales & Management Apprenticeship programmes, working closely with learners, line managers, and clients to ensure the success of our apprentices.
Key Responsibilities:- Coach and mentor learners through their apprenticeship journey, providing structured feedback and guidance to help them develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
- Work closely with line managers to ensure they are equipped to support their learners and provide opportunities for skills development and project work.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 40 learners, applying suitable interventions to support those who may become disengaged.
- Regularly engage with stakeholders to provide timely reports on learner performance.
- Plan and deliver stretch and challenge activities to support learners in achieving distinction at end-point assessment.
- Possess a passion for learning and development, with a desire to develop and inspire others.
- Have experience in B2B sales or people management, with a professional, credible, and knowledgeable approach.
- Be able to encourage and guide learners to develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours within their day-to-day role.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with learners, line managers, and clients.
