About the Job

Medivet Ashtead is a well-established practice that provides a wide range of services, supported by our 24 hour hospital in Sutton and a network of neighbouring Medivet practices. The practice offers orthopaedic services, CT and advanced U/S imaging, laparoscopic neutering, and more.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our team, who has experience in supporting nurse consults and schedule 3 procedures. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and use their coaching and influencing skills to improve colleague performance.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional care to patients, observing the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
  • Support and share clinical best practice within and across practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
  • Experienced in using coaching and influencing skills to improve colleague performance.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 per annum, plus benefits including health cash plan, life assurance, and access to 24-hour counselling. You will also receive 5 weeks' annual leave, rising to 6 weeks with length of service, and an additional 'Day for You' paid leave.
