Senior Client Relations Director

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Client Relations Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of adviser firms and working closely with aligned account managers and support colleagues to provide exceptional service.
As a Senior Client Relations Manager, you will play a critical role in building relationships with new and existing adviser firms. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, ensuring our customers are at the heart of everything you do. You will manage your own portfolio of adviser partners and work with people from across the business to ensure queries are dealt with efficiently, always achieving the best possible result for the customer.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of adviser firms and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Work closely with aligned account managers and support colleagues to provide exceptional service and support to adviser firms.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to adviser firms.
- Identify and escalate any issues or concerns that may impact customer satisfaction or retention.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a financial services or professional services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate issues or concerns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
