Senior Speech and Language Therapist Role

Wayman Learning Trust is a renowned provider of SEN support services in Southwark, committed to helping children with communication difficulties reach their full potential. We are seeking an experienced Speech & Language Therapist to join our team as a Senior Therapist, providing high-quality support to children with complex communication needs.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires expertise in delivering tailored therapy plans, building strong relationships with children, parents, and professionals, and contributing to the development of our therapy services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with children with SEN, including Autism and speech delays, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Deliver high-quality therapy services to children with complex communication needs
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to support communication development
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and professionals
  • Contribute to the development of our therapy services
  • Qualified Speech & Language Therapist (HCPC registered) with 2+ years of experience working with children with SEN
  • Proven track record of delivering effective therapy services to children with complex communication needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Clear DBS check and legal right to work in the UK


Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
