Caremark UK Ltd is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team. As a Homecare Professional, you will have the opportunity to support our amazing customers in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as washing & dressing
- Aiding with shopping & meal preparation, ensuring our customers maintain their independence
- Prompting with medication, providing peace of mind for our customers and their families
- Supporting daily routines, promoting a sense of normality and familiarity
- Providing respite services, giving carers a much-needed break
- Facilitating socialising and leisure activities, enriching our customers' lives
- Helping customers access the community, reducing feelings of isolation
We are looking for someone with a caring and sensitive nature, who is self-motivated, organised, and reliable. Your flexibility and commitment to maintaining high standards of care will be invaluable to our team.
