Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Support Worker to join our community team in Weymouth. As a key member of our adult services programme, you will provide support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and well-being.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and medication routines.
- Participating in activities such as swimming, walking groups, day trips, and holidays.
- Working alternate weekends and sleep-ins, with opportunities for overtime.
As a Support Worker with Autism Unlimited, you will benefit from:
- A 12-week induction programme, including in-house training, e-learning, and coaching.
- The opportunity to complete an accredited qualification once you've passed your probation period.
- A generous employee referral scheme and cycle to work scheme.
- Up to 33 days annual leave pro-rata, including bank holidays.
