About the Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team. The successful candidate will maintain a robust licensing database, ensuring it is up-to-date and meets evolving business needs. This includes tracking license status and pending applications, capturing updates in a timely manner, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to facilitate regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a comprehensive licensing database, incorporating feedback from internal stakeholders to enhance its functionality.
  2. Closely monitor existing licenses and upcoming applications, guaranteeing that all necessary updates are captured promptly.
  3. Evaluate national licensing requirements in light of our planned network operations and other business activities.
  4. Foster close collaboration with various teams within the company (business, technical, legal, accounting) to obtain critical information and facilitate internal review of regulatory submissions.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  1. Prior experience in government and regulatory affairs, specifically in telecommunications-related licensing matters.
  2. Excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with leadership and teammates through both verbal and written communication.
  3. A high degree of administrative and organizational skill, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, allowing you to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  4. The ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications

A Juris Doctorate degree or equivalent would be highly advantageous in this role.
