Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement person-centered support plans
  • Conduct care needs assessments and recruit new team members
  • Complete supervisions, appraisals, and medication audits
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and complete reports
  • Assist the Registered Manager in day-to-day service management

Requirements:
