**Lead Software Engineering Teams**

Kramp is a leader in the agricultural market for parts and e-commerce innovations, offering a unique opportunity to lead software engineering teams to new heights. We're seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive results and empower team growth in a dynamic tech environment.

Kramp's in-house e-commerce platform powers multiple digital sales channels and webshops, serving thousands of customers and generating a turnover of one billion euros per year. As the People Manager Tech, you will support the success of Kramp and our software engineers.

Your role will include:

  • Focusing on people strategy via leading and managing a group of 25-30 Software Engineers.
  • Working closely with Product Owners to ensure teams deliver expected quality.
  • Managing employee net promoter score, team health, retention rate, and personal development.
  • Liaising with Agile Coaches & HR Team to equip teams for growth and company expansion.
  • Overseeing capacity planning and coordinating the performance cycle of employees.
  • Spearheading growth framework implementation and communicating management team initiatives and strategy organization-wide.

To be successful, you will need:

  • Previous management experience (20+ FTE) in a tech/digital or e-commerce environment.
  • Previous experience in tech roles - PO, Scrum Master, Agile coach, BA or Software Engineer.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Eagerness for self-learning, development, and personal growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

We offer a competitive package, including a **salary range of $90,000 - $120,000** per year, depending on experience, plus:
