Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Quality and Compliance Lead to join our team at Oakleaf Recruitment. As a key member of our In-House Recruitment Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our growing group of services and hospitals across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and Assist Senior Managers: Collaborate with senior managers to deliver a high-quality service, utilizing a measured approach to develop quality at local level through the use of risk registers and continuous action plans.
  • Quality Development and Review: Review data, analyze themes and trends, and report on findings as required. Signpost staff to guidance and advice on policies and CQC standards, and support with regulatory compliance.
  • Promote Best Practice: Promote and share best practice across services, ensuring lessons learned are identified and disseminated effectively.
  • Quality Projects: Support and lead on quality projects as agreed by the Board.

Requirements:

  • Compliance Experience: Track record of compliance in the care sector.
  • Hospital Experience: Hospital experience, with experience in mental health and drug and alcohol abuse experience preferable.
  • CQC Regulatory Framework: Sound knowledge of CQC regulatory framework.
  • Leadership Skills: Willing to listen and understand others, maintain credibility in your role, supports others, and gains trust.
  • Full UK Driving License: Must have a full UK driving license and access to a car which is insured for business use.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £50,000.00 per year
