Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of FP&A to join our team at E-Personnel Recruitment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our financial planning, budgeting, and cost improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership Experience: You will have significant leadership experience in a financial role, gained in a complex commercial organization with contracting activity.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: You will lead the development and implementation of financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Cost Improvement: You will identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, improving the company's financial performance.
  • Performance Analysis: You will analyze performance against budget and agreed KPIs, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, communicating financial information effectively to stakeholders.
  • Financial Skills: You will possess advanced budget and financial skills, including the ability to interpret and present complex financials, and provide operational advice and guidance.
  • Accounting Systems: You will have a good working knowledge of contemporary accounting systems and reporting systems.
  • Personal Qualities: You will be a flexible and 'can-do' individual, able to cope with competing commitments and maintain a high level of motivation and reliability.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: You will be a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) or a finalist with significant financial management experience.
  • Commercial Acumen: You will have strong commercial acumen and a solution-oriented approach.
