Senior Wealth Advisor – Oversee a portfolio of high net worth clients

Compensation: £70k - £90k base salary with performance bonuses (25% bonus on new business generated)

Location: Office-based role with initial training and support

Our client is a Chartered independent wealth management firm that specializes in providing comprehensive financial advice to high net worth individuals, families, and business owners. They are well-established and have a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service and maintaining long-term client relationships.

The firm currently manages the financial affairs of a diverse clientele, with assets ranging from £500k to £8m. Their advisory services encompass a wide array of areas including pensions, investments, tax optimization, cash flow analysis, retirement strategies, and protection planning, as well as specialized schemes such as VCT and EIS.

Recognized for their commitment to client satisfaction, the firm actively participates in community initiatives and supports various charitable causes. They pride themselves on a high client retention rate, supported by a dedicated team of experienced administrators and paraplanners who are encouraged to pursue professional development through ongoing training and industry certifications.

The Managing Director is looking to create a new position for a Senior Wealth Advisor who will take over a segment of the existing client portfolio. This role is primarily focused on servicing clients, with opportunities to generate new business as desired. The ideal candidate will have a background in independent wealth management and the expertise to handle complex high net worth cases, along with the professionalism required to manage the firm's most valued clients. Comprehensive administrative and paraplanning support will be provided, along with a dedicated Operations Manager. Client meetings will be conducted both in-person and virtually.

  • Salary: £70k - £90k (negotiable)
