About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Mental Health Practitioner to join our East Specialist Community Teams (SCT) in Berkshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to young people with complex, severe, and enduring mental health problems.
Key Responsibilities
- To complete comprehensive assessments and develop care plans for patients, providing advice and support as needed.
- To provide therapeutic interventions to young people and their families, working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies.
- To manage an appropriately sized caseload, prioritizing tasks and working effectively in a pressurized environment.
- To work autonomously, exercising clinical governance and taking responsibility for patient care and treatment.
- To contribute to team professional development initiatives, maintaining own continuing professional development and staying up-to-date with legislation and national strategies.
