Just is seeking a dedicated Community Engagement Manager to join our team in Sheffield Meadowhall. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with local community groups, promoting the Smiggle brand, and contributing to the development of sales strategies to drive business growth.

Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience). In addition to a competitive salary, we offer generous staff discounts of 50% off Smiggle products.

About the Role
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local community groups, schools, and charities to promote the Smiggle brand and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, manage stock levels, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of sales promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's retail experience, preferably in a community engagement or marketing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
