Job Title: Retail Stock Manager

Join HOSPICE UK as a Retail Stock Manager and play a vital role in supporting our retail operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement and replenishment of stock between our donation points and retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage stock levels and movement to meet retail outlet needs
  • Coordinate with volunteer sorters to collect and sort donations
  • Assess and sort stock to meet demographic needs of each retail outlet
  • Deliver stock between retail outlets and maintain stock rotation processes
  • Replenish stock in retail outlets as requested by retail leads
  • Train staff and volunteers in bar coding and stock management
  • Pack and dispatch online orders in coordination with the Retail Marketing team
  • Arrange stock collections from local donors and secure the sale of unsold goods
Requirements:
  • Key holder with a clean manual driving license
  • Ability to work 4 days out of 7
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to train and supervise volunteers
