Fire Risk Consultant
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking fire risk assessments across a variety of sectors, including residential, healthcare, custodial, education, and commercial properties. This will involve conducting fire surveys and compartmentation surveys to identify any non-compliance with current and incoming UK fire safety legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake fire integrity/compartmentation surveys to identify breaches and propose remedial repairs
- Provide quality and technical monitoring on construction projects
- Provide fire safety advisor role to assist clients with their property portfolio
- Review contractors' proposals on construction projects and provide comment on suitability for the intended purpose
- Assist with delivery of projects and ensure high levels of communication and time keeping
Requirements:
- Level 3 Fire Safety Qualification minimum
- Experience of undertaking/reviewing Fire Risk Assessments
- Knowledge of current and incoming UK fire safety legislation

- Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
