Director, Personal Insurance Campaigns Job Summary

As a key member of the Personal Lines Marketing team at Baldwin Risk Partners, the Director, Personal Insurance Campaigns plays a pivotal role in creating and launching multi-channel campaigns that drive results. This includes Paid Media campaigns (SEM) and social media ads, as well as developing training materials for Sales partners and providing one-on-one consultations to help sales managers grow their recruiting campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Marketing team to ideate ongoing multi-channel campaigns for Personal Insurance products (Auto, Home, Flood, Boat, Motorcycle, etc.) and agent recruiting
  • Create, launch, and monitor digital campaigns in Google, Bing, and Social channels
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on campaign performance
  • Manage day-to-day account activities, including campaign spend optimization, audience creation, and budget management
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop creative for campaign execution
  • Research platform improvements and new offerings in the social media space
  • Lead Medicare Sales Manager Grass Roots Marketing Meetings
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery and expansion for campaign development
  • Evaluate market opportunities for campaign refinement
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising
  • Assist in creating Medicare sales/Retail broker sales contests/awards as needed
  • Make national campaign creatives available within the asset management system (Total Expert)
  • Additional duties as the role continues to evolve

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in multi-channel campaign development and execution
  • Proven SEM and Social Media campaign management experience
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with web tools (e.g., Google Ad Manager, SEMRush, WebTrends)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in SEM and Social Media
  • Presentation skills - delivery and development
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment
  • Working knowledge of asset management tools for sales content distribution
