About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Knowledge Management to lead our team and shape the future of knowledge management at AQA and AQA Affiliates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy to support critical knowledge flow within and across the business.
  • Collaborate with business leads and colleagues to create engaging knowledge articles and resources that enable effective support and drive self-service and first time resolution for our Associate Community.
  • Design and implement innovative strategies for delivery of training content using the latest research in behavioural science in the way people consume media and learn.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to form a future strategy developing a successful operating model.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in people leadership with a coaching and mentoring mindset.
  • Demonstrable experience in rolling out an innovative technology rich Knowledge management system, gathering and collating current data and support materials and content.
  • Leading through change and working with change methodologies.
  • Ability to influence and matrix manage cross functionally and to a senior level.
  • Continuous Improvement focus and mindset.
