About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Knowledge Management to join our team at AQA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing our knowledge management strategy, leading a team of Training Subject Matter Experts, and providing high-quality support to our Associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of Training Subject Matter Experts to create and maintain high-quality knowledge articles and resources that support our Associate Community.
  • Collaborate with business leads and colleagues to create innovative strategies for delivery of training content using the latest research in behavioral science.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to develop a future strategy and operating model for knowledge management.
  • Manage and lead through change, working with change methodologies to ensure a smooth transition.
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in people leadership, with a coaching and mentoring mindset.
  • Demonstrable experience in rolling out innovative technology-rich knowledge management systems.
  • Ability to influence and matrix manage cross-functionally and to a senior level.
  • Continuous Improvement focus and mindset.
  • Ability to investigate data analysis and drive business decisions.
