Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Arc Recruitment.
The successful candidate will support the efficient operation, monitoring, and reporting of people metrics. They will also provide qualified advice, guidance, and support to all line managers in respect to HR and training related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and support the longer-term consolidation of appropriate skills and development opportunities to ensure an efficient, yet proactive HR and training approach.
- Provide support to managers with the development of their people by reviewing training needs and development requirements.
- Monitor and report people metrics, from recruitment through to attrition and at all stages of the employee life cycle.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working within a HR or training role.
- Adaptable, proactive, and results-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to keep skills and knowledge up to date via continuous professional development.
Working Conditions:
Office-based with excellent local transport links and parking provided.
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
