Job Title: Removals Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Removals Operations Manager to join our team at Red Recruit Ltd. As a key member of our recruitment agency, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our Removals and Storage clients, leading and motivating the team, and providing guidance and support to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee the allocation of resources to jobs, ensuring that estimated costs are met while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the team, providing guidance and support to team members to ensure they receive proper training and development opportunities.
- Business Development: Work alongside sales colleagues to develop new business opportunities, devise promotional strategies, and generate new leads.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that company vehicles operate in accordance with legislation and regulations.
- Customer Service: Deal with customer queries and handle complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience working in a managerial role within the Removals and Storage industry, with a track record of achieving business growth and profitability targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Good knowledge of removals processes, logistics, and best practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer software, strong communication skills, and first-class customer service skills.
What We Offer:
The successful Removals Operations Manager will be offered a competitive salary of up to £55,000 + profit bonus, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our recruitment agency.
