Here are some of the key responsibilities of a Crew Member:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience at our restaurant.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare all of McDonald's World Famous food to meet our high standards.
  • Teamwork: Partner with other Crew Members and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun while doing it.
  • Maintenance: Keep the restaurant looking fantastic and well-maintained.

As a Crew Member, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food to our high standards, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals. Estimated salary: $13-$16 per hour (depending on location).
